Easy and simple tips to cure stomach ache

I don’t like it when Naitik often opt medicines even for the smallest of pains or something else. Medicines are good but having them frequently for everything is not the best option. Most medicines have side effects too. So just use them when you really need to or if a doctor prescribes them.

Even for the stomach ache, Naitik wanted to take a pill. But I suggested he try some home remedies. At first Naitikji hesitated but eventually he agreed. He was amused when I handed him a pinch of salt and ajwain’s mixture. In just 10-15 minutes he was relieved from stomach ache. Plus, he couldn’t believe it, just with a pinch of ajwain and salt he got relief from stomach ache.

For the people who are not aware about ajwain, it’s a herb which also known as Bishop Weed. Not only is it used in cooking but also known for its medicinal use for instance, cough, arthritis treatment vomiting, mouth diseases, pile, treatment of ascites, abdominal tumor, abdominal pain etc. Though it tastes hot and bitter, it's a good laxative and appetizer.
 
For now let me share one more tip to cure stomach ache.  Did you know, ground ginger is also very effective in curing stomach ache and every stomach related problems like acidity. It’s very simple, just warm the water and put mashed ginger in it. And drink the mixture. Thus, within a few minutes you will feel the difference.
