Meeta to send Navya away?

Meeta is hurt and feeling deceived by Navya after finding out about Anant. Time and again, Meeta gave her opportunities to come clean but now things are out in the open driving a wedge between mother and daughter. What will Meeta do next? Read on to find out.

A STAR Plus.in source reveals, “Meeta is very angry and will now put restrictions on Navya. She will take a drastic step to keep Navya away from Anant. In tonight’s episode, she will call Navya’s friends Appy and Ritz home and will tell them off. She will scold and rebuke them for favouring Navya and encouraging her. Meeta will also spot Anant dropping off Navya and try to confront him but he will leave before she reaches his car. Meeta will then announce her decision to a stunned Navya.”

Furious Meeta claims, “I never expected Navya to do anything like this. How could she? I asked her time and again but she chose to lie and I can’t forgive her for that. I know now that she is in love with this guy and I feel it has been going on since a long while now- perhaps since Valentine ’s Day. Even her friends Appy and Ritz are in cahoots with her, helping her sneak off to meet this guy. I am extremely angry and hurt that my faith in Navya is lost. I also blame Renu who was supposed to get back to me after talking to Navya but even she chose to keep mum. I have planned to send Navya away for a while till things cool off. I will keep a strict watch on Navya. I plan to meet this guy and tell him to stay away from my daughter- not to meet or talk to her. I thought of telling Navya’s father but perhaps with these restrictions I won’t need to take that step. Because once I tell him there will be no going back. The repercussions of her father being aware of this situation will be drastic. I want to handle things my way. Such friendship with boys or love isn’t allowed in our family so what is the point of this. Navya knew what she was doing and how wrong she is- she should not have over stepped her boundaries. Navya’s dadi was right I guess when she said we were giving her too much freedom and that she would misuse it.”

Navya on the other hand is in a dilemma and full of guilt. “I never thought things would come to this end. I am scared, nervous and feel like crying all the time. Because of me, my friends too got admonished by ma. I love Anant why can’t ma understand that? I have not done anything wrong, but I also understand her anger. I was going to tell her that night about Anant and me when I reached home from his place after dinner but before I could, she saw the ‘I love you’ card and everything exploded. I don’t know how to face her or tell her and make her believe how sorry I am. And I am really, really sorry for hiding this relationship from her. It was just ill timing but I know that is no excuse. I am feeling guilty about hiding the facts as I never lied to her, just fibbed a bit. I guess now that is tantamount to lying. I don’t know what she has planned for me next or what she will do now. I am sorry ma,” she cries.
