The Judge finds Krishna guilty of Adarsh’s murder and sentences him to life imprisonment. But Pratigya is adamant to prove him innocent. “I know that Krishna is not guilty. I trust him and there is evidence to prove that he is not involved. I am confident that he will be released soon,” says a hopeful Pratigya. Chinky finds Adarsh’s mobile in Tanmay’s suitcase, and Krishna’s lawyer finds its signal. The police arrest Tanmay.
Pratigya asks the lawyer to re-open Krishna’s case, though Abhimanyu decides to defend Tanmay. But Komal is heart-broken and holds Krishna responsible for Adarsh’s death. Krishna feels helpless to see Komal in such a state. “Komaliya believes that I have murdered Adarsh but how can I do such a heinous act? I wanted to protect her but have sadly ended up hurting her more,” shares a troubled Krishna.
