 Our source from Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hain has revealed that Viraat has planned a wonderful birthday celebration for Maanvi. Viren joins them as well. Maanvi has decided to tell Jeevika that she didn't give her blood since she is suffering from blood cancer. She expects Jeevika to wish her on birthday. However, Jeevika is still upset with her.
An upset Jeevika said that, "I am really hurt that Maanu is hiding something from me. Moreover, Virenji is also supporting her. I am very worried, as Maanu has never had secrets from me. I am sure that she is hiding something very important from me. Every year I am the first one to wish her on her birthday. However, if I talk to her now I know she would never tell me the truth and I really want to know what she is lying to me."
When contacted Maanvi said, “I know Jeevika di is upset with me. She hasn’t even wished me for my birthday. I have never wanted to hide anything from her but I feel that she will not be able to bear the truth. But now I have decided to tell her the truth on my birthday. Luckily, Viraat and Viren jiju are there to support me. I am missing my family a lot. I don’t know how di will react when she finds out the truth.”
