Following are the Terms and Conditions for the Nokia Viewer Contest on Just Dance on Start Plus conducted by STAR India Private Limited ("STAR India"):
1.The contest will be pertaining to the non-fiction reality show "Just Dance" ("Program") telecast on the channel STAR Plus ("Channel").
2.The Contest shall commence from August 27, 2011 at 21:00, Indian Standard Time and shall conclude on September 24, 2011, at 11:59 pm, Indian Standard Time ("Period") on Star Plus ("Channel").
3.The entries should be sent to P.O Box no. 37454, J. B. Nagar Post Office, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400 059.
4.The entries should be sent to Star Plus ("channel") in the given format only - 720x576 25fps.
5.By participating in the Contest, it shall be construed by STAR India and/or the Channel that the participant(s) has prior to participating in the Contest, read and understood all the rules and regulations of the Contest on www.nokia.in and has agreed to abide to the same.
6.All entries should be received by the Channel any time on or before the Period. Entries received after the timeline stated in point No. 2 above shall be considered null and void.
7.All the entries should state all the required information, which have been asked from them and should not be incomplete.
8. STAR India and/or the Channel shall at their sole discretion; select 1 winner each week for 4 weeks who will be adjudged on the basis of the best dance entry received for the week and is in accordance with these rules and regulations. STAR India reserves the rights to decide the Winner(s) of the Contest. The decision made by STAR India shall be final and binding.
9.The Winner(s) will get a Nokia X3-02, Touch & Type mobile from Nokia.
10.The Prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash equivalent or any other items.
11.The Winner(s) names shall be announced on the Just Dance Show at the end of the subsequent weeks’ episode.
12. All and any incidental costs (direct and/or indirect), in relation to the Prize, shall be borne by the Winner(s) and in no manner whatsoever shall STAR India be held responsible for the same.
13.The Winner(s) of the Contest shall not raise any dispute with regard to the Contest including but not limited to the selection of the Winner(s) etc.
14.In the event, the Winner(s) refuse to accept the Prize; STAR India shall be released from all obligations towards the Winner(s) in connection to the Prize won by the Winner(s).
General Rules
www.marutiswift.com The viewer(s) interested in participating in the Contest must be a resident of India and should not have criminal conviction or an arrangement or a contract that prevents the viewer(s) from participating in the Contest.
www.marutiswift.com STAR India reserves all rights to make amendments to the existing rules and regulations or withdraw the Contest without giving prior notice. It shall be the sole responsibility of the viewer(s) to check the rules and regulations of the Contest on the website of www.nokia.in
www.marutiswift.com Non-conformance by the viewer(s) to any and all the rules will make such viewer’s entry(ies) null and void.
www.marutiswift.com By participating in the Contest, it shall be construed that the contestant(s) have assigned all rights in and to the dance video/s sent by the contestant(s) to STAR India and/or the Channel and STAR India and/or the Channel shall have the sole right to decide the manner in which the dance video/s shall be used and in the manner in which it shall be used. The intellectual property rights in and to the dance video/s sent by the participant(s) shall vest entirely in favor of STAR India, world-wide and in perpetuity, in any and all media, by and/or any medium, technology whatsoever without any money payable to me.

If the Winner(s) refuses to accept the Prize awarded, the Channel and/or STAR India and its affiliates shall be released from all obligations towards the Winner(s) in connection to the Prize won by the Winner(s).
www.marutiswift.com The viewer(s) shall hold harmless the Sponsor, the Channel, STAR India, its affiliates, its group companies, their employees, officers, directors or any other person from and against any injury/damage/harm/loss/ death/ mental or emotional trauma suffered by the viewer(s), in any manner whatsoever in connection with the Contest and/or the Prize and waives all rights to file in person/ through any family member and/or third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India to claim any damages or reliefs.
www.marutiswift.com Employees of and/or consultants of and/or persons hired on contract by STAR India, the Channel and the members of their immediate family are ineligible for participating in the Contest.
www.marutiswift.com By participating it is deemed that the viewer(s) have read, understood, accepted and agree to abide with all the rules and regulations of the Contest.
www.marutiswift.com The viewer(s) and the Winner(s) shall comply with the laws of India.
www.marutiswift.com These rules and regulations shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and incase of any dispute or other matter arising in reference to the Contest and/or the Prize shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by STAR India and shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, amended from time to time. The venue for arbitration shall be Mumbai, in English language. All the costs, charges and expenses in connection to the Arbitration shall be solely borne by the viewer(s) who has raised the dispute.
www.marutiswift.com Subject to rule 14, only the courts in Mumbai shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction to decide on any dispute relating to the Contest and/or the Prize.
