| About Karan Pangali |
He is from London and has been dancing since the age of five. He started dancing by observing his favourite actors and actresses performance. His mom was a professional Bhangra dancer so dance runs in the family. He started training at a young age and recently he started training in the classical dance Kathak. Ever since Hrithik's debut Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, he has been Karan's inspiration. Karan feels that Hrithik has glamorized dance and he would like to follow his footsteps in glamourizing the Indian classical dance.
Karan claims that his journey in Just Dance is one of the highlights of his career. He has trained with people whom he had always looked-up-to throughout his life. He throughly enjoyed learning from Terence, Saroj, Farah, Vaibhavi and others. He says that he particullarly enjoyed training under Michelle Johnston as he had never done Broadway before. He says that his body has become a lot stronger and my technique has improved after the workshops.
Karan says that he has met Hrithik on three occasions. He was one of the background dancers in the movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and he has also performed at the IIFA awards. However Just Dance is the first time Hrithik will know him as an artist. |
