Contestants to sing duet with Alka Yagnik

Contestants of Jo Jeeta will face another tough challenge this week. They will have to sing a duet with the talented singer Alka Yagnik. Find out what they have to say about this challenge?

jp jeeta wohi superstar 2 For the first time ever, melody queen Alka Yagnik will sing a duet with the contestants on Jo Jeeta Wohi SuperStar 2. It will be a supreme challenge for them and the penultimate level of difficulty. Judge Shaan sympathised with the contestants and said that he understood what they were feeling as when he too had earlier got an opportunity to sing with Alka Yagnik in a concert, he was nervous.

Sreeram said "It was both an interesting as well as a nervous experience for all of us, as this was the first time we would be singing a duet with a famous singer like Alka Yagnik. But nonetheless the experience was one of the best for me and it gave me a lot of confidence."

Akanksha, Anweshaa and Irfan too enjoyed enjoyed performing the duet with Alka Yagnik and found the experience quite challenging. However the contestants were rewarded when Alka praised all of their performances and said that they managed to sing the songs in one take which she originally did in multiple takes.
